I thought this was such a great story that it deserved a run over here at Everyday Kindness.
Marine Maj. Brian Dennis, 36 years old, made friends with an abused, traumatized dog he called “Nubs”. More than once, he saved the dog’s life. And now, Nubs is coming to live in San Diego with Capt. Eric Sjoberg until Major Dennis returns in March.

I love this - I wish there was more stuff like this in our news. I love this blog - it is a place to go where you can come away feeling good rather than depressed. I don’t watch the news anymore as it depresses me as all it seems to be about is the bad things, mean things and cruel things that happen in this world. I come here and there are GOOD things, it is so refreshing - you should be so proud of yourself - i love it :o)
