Everyday Kindness

Yesterday, my goal was to say a small prayer to everyone I came in contact with throughout the day.  It was a writing day, so I mostly interacted by email and blogs.

I found the experience amazing.  Sometimes I was resistant.  I didn’t want to say a prayer for that person.  Sometimes I was joyous.  A lot of the time, I forgot.

Thus today, day 10, my goal is to say a tiny prayer for everyone I come in contact with.
